Hello every one,I have a question.When you post a blog,do you expect to be called things like a liar,a hoax,a retard,or other disrespectfull terms,be critisized for you level of education,or belittled just because you might not spell correctly all the time?

         For years I have heard that we are,as a spieces,on the verge of extinction,and unfortanatly,I see more and more evidence that we are indeed far along that path.

        It is my belief that we need to establish a lunar colony within the next 10 years,I have been conducting independent accademic research into several critical space systems and I am in the procces of compiling and wrighting up a proposal for submission to NASA.My research has spanned the last 16 years,and I am confident that I can establish a perminent lunar colony within 5 years at an estimated cost of $10-15 million dollars.

         This colony would,for the first 5 years,support 50,000 perminent residents,and allow for an additional 25,000 transient,tourist oriented population.

         I envision that the lunar colony will become self sustaining within 2 years,its primary source of income would be refinery licencing fees,taxes levied on astroid mining companies,and space port docking fees.less would come from residential and comercial taxes.additional income could be collected through an interplanetary import/export tax.

         The government and NASA have said for years that even a short return trip would cost a couple of billion dollars,with all the greed going around in the "establishment",that would not suprise me or most other people,most if not all of it taking place in the upper echelons.
